We are looking forward to having you with us for our third annual Breast Cancer Fundraising event on Thursday, 10/14/21 from 3:00-6:00pm. TENTS, TABLES, CHAIRS, RAFFLES
This is an outdoor event, so our vendors need to bring a table and chair(s) – and a tent if they would like one. We have a rain date if needed as well (10/21). We do ask vendors to bring a raffle item, or basket, to display at their table. This helps to attract traffic to each vendor’s table and to create excitement. For those of you who are new to our program, this is how we handle it: we ask you to collect raffle tickets at your table throughout the event. At 5:30pm we ask that you select the winner(s). We provide a sheet for you to fill out noting the winner’s name & cell numbers. You then display the sheet on your table. This creates excitement and gets guests scrambling back to vendors’ tables to see if they’ve won.
ATTENDANCE, FOOD & DONATIONS
This is typically a very well attend and fun community event. La Piccolina Restaurant in New Milford donates the food and Candlewood Valley provides the wine and beverages. We ask for a “recommended donation” of $10 at the door which covers food, one drink and three raffle tickets. We also sell raffle tickets. All proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society.
YOUR PROMOTIONAL FLYER
We will design a promotional flyer featuring YOUR brand logo – this way you can send it to your clients and mailing list. If we each bring a handful of guests we will have a tremendous turnout. Last year we collectively raised over $10,000.00.
DAMMIT DOLL RAFFLE
Please see the Dammit Doll we are raffling. If you could help us start selling tickets, that would be awesome! We are also collecting vintage, designer and gently used hand bags. We will be selling them at the event. That’s another great way we raise funds for the cause. If you could help us get the word out on this hand bag drive – that would be terrific!
We offer all vendors as much press, social media, promotional and advertising exposure as possible before, during and after the event.
