We just celebrated National Skilled Nursing Care Week at Candlewood! We kicked off the week with our Dietary Department’s Annual Mother’s Day Breakfast. New Milford’s Mayor, Pete Bass stopped by on Monday to attend our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and presented us with a proclamation. Our Recreation Department filled rest of the week with many special events . Texas Roadhouse of Danbury was kind enough to provide lunch for our Residents and Staff on Wednesday, May 15th. Their crew even entertained us with some line dancing! It was awesome.
You may have noticed that we are putting a new roof on the building! Next up is repaving the parking lot in the beginning of June. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Please be sure to take advantage of our valet parking Monday through Friday.
